ADVANCED RESERVATIONS

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. The payment for a reservation of a package constitutes the customer’s acceptance of these Terms and General Conditions. Authorization to use a credit card for deposit and official payment also indicates the customer’s consent to our Terms and General Conditions, whether or not he/she has actually signed the appropriate credit voucher or sales draft. Verbal authorization or use of credit card confirms a reservation. The customer shall be defined as any traveler on a golf package.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENTS

A deposit is required to confirm hotel and golf reservations. Additional deposits may apply for event services. Reservations received first will have priority when securing golf course starting times. The balance of the entire package is due no later than 45 days prior to the day of arrival. This insures adequate time for AME Golf to forward all travel documents to the customer prior to their arrival date. No travel documents will be issued before receipt of final payment.

PAYMENT METHOD

Payment may be made by Personal Check drawn on a bank account, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Cashier’s Check & Money Order. All payments must be made in U.S. funds. Make checks payable to AME. Their will be a 4% credit card processing fee for all credit card transactions.

 CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Once a deposit is received it is non-refundable if package is cancelled. Cancellations requested within 45 days of arrival will be refunded 50% of final payment. In addition client will be responsible for any  supplier pre-paid disbursement. No refund of any money received will be given if cancellation is made within 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations must be received in writing after initial notification by phone. Messages on voicemail will not be accepted. No refund will be issued for unused portions of a package once any part is used. If the customer fails to notify AME Golf corporate office of his/her cancellation, the customer is responsible for any cost incurred by AME Golf. If package prices have been misprinted or misquoted, the customer will be offered the correct price or may cancel with a full refund. If final payment is not received within 5 days of due date, a $20.00 late penalty fee will be applied to final payment.

RAIN CHECK POLICY

If a golf course closes due to inclement weather, the customer must go to the respective golf course, and receive a rain check issued by the golf professional or manager. Rain checks are valid one year from date of issue. We will honor rain checks as payment toward future packages.

SUBSTITUTION OF SERVICES

AME Golf reserves the right to cancel or modify any part of the package at its sole and absolute discretion for any reason whatsoever without prior notice to the customer.  If comparable services or accommodations cannot be supplied due to causes beyond our control, there will be no liability or responsibility owned by AME Golf. In the event complete cancellation is required by the AME Golf, our only liability will be to refund all monies paid.

RESPONSIBILITIES

AME Golf books lodging, golf course reservations, and issues all confirmations in the capacity of an agent for the customer only upon the express condition that AME Golf, all employees, officers, director or any individual representatives shall not be held liable for any claims, losses, personal injury, damages, cost, expenses, delays or loss of enjoyment of any nature or which may be occasioned by acts, omissions or negligence of the persons or companies rendering any of the services.

AME Golf does not accept responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to changes or delays in air, road, or other services, sickness, labor disputes, weather, or other causes. AME Golf shall not be liable for any additional expenses caused thereby and the customer hereby expressly waives any such claim for loss, damage, or injury arising. AME Golf cannot guarantee weather conditions nor can AME Golf be responsible for any shut down, in whole or part, of the operation of lodging facilities, whether they are caused by weather or any other reason.  Lodging companies whose services may be included in the arrangements are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time the customer are not on board their conveyance. The customer must present a confirmation to each hotel or golf course for redemption. AME Golf can assume no responsibility for lost confirmations, gift certificates, or rain checks. All terms and conditions are subject to change.
